PTC Transit provides private logistics services exclusively to verified clients. All services are subject to operational review, handling requirements, and carrier availability.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellation must be submitted prior to collection or dispatch. Once a shipment has entered the handling or release phase, cancellation may no longer be possible. Approved cancellations may be eligible for partial or full refund of applicable service fees, excluding non-recoverable handling or administrative costs.
Collections & Release Windows
Refunds are not issued for missed or failed collections resulting from client unavailability, documentation issues, or access restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling may be arranged subject to operational availability.
Transit Delays
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays resulting from operational, regulatory, or carrier-related factors do not generally qualify for refunds.
Loss or Damage
In the rare event of confirmed loss or damage attributable to carrier handling, liability is limited in accordance with the applicable service agreement and carrier terms. Compensation, if applicable, is limited to the cost of carriage unless otherwise contractually agreed.
Restricted or Non-Compliant Shipments
Shipments that cannot be released or transported due to non-compliance with documentation, packaging standards, or regulatory requirements may be returned or held at the client’s expense. Refund eligibility in such cases is limited.

Strategically Positioned Facilities
PTC Transit operates a limited network of controlled-access facilities positioned across North America and select international hubs. These locations support secure intake, temporary holding, and coordinated release of consignments handled under private transit protocols.
Facility locations are selected based on carrier accessibility, regulatory stability, and operational discretion rather than public throughput. For security and compliance reasons, specific warehouse addresses and capacities are not disclosed publicly.
Our network is continuously evaluated and expanded to ensure reliability, flexibility, and consistency for verified clients requiring time-sensitive or restricted logistics solutions.
